All varieties we sell take full sun except when kept in a container.

Requires well draining soil.
Do not keep wet, treat your banans as you would a succulent or cactus. Let soil dry fully in between watering. No water for in ground bananas during winter. Container grown, minimal watering. Rot is the main cause of death for bananas grown in non-tropical areas.
Can be container grown but they tend to become rootbound rather quickly. Rootboundness will cause banana plants to rot even faster.
